Important Dates For CHEM’s 2024 Ceremony

The price for participation is based upon venue rental, programs, speaker fees, sound technician fees, photographer fees and any other fees that are required. The cost is $165 per family to cover the costs involved in the ceremony. Caps/gowns/diplomas are ordered by each family independently and will cost approximately $75.00 in addition to the CHEM Participation Fee. If the ceremony is cancelled, a refund will be issued by CHEM Graduation for the Participation Fee minus the $25 deposit. CHEM Graduation cannot issue refunds for the cap/gown/diploma orders that are placed with Homeschooldiploma.com.
A reception will follow immediately after the ceremony.

February 29, 2024 Registration Closes
Confirm your decision to participate in CHEM 2024. Deposit of $25 is due by this date. Email Maribeth Schmidt at chemgraduation@gmail.com with questions.

Either mail your deposit or make arrangements to hold your spot. Deposit of $25 is Not Refundable after April 1st, 2024.

March 28, 2024 Cap/Gown/Diploma Order Deadline
March 2024: Place online group order for caps/gowns/diplomas. There will be discounts offered for ordering by certain dates. Details will be announced.
Cap, Gown, Tassel, Diploma and Announcement orders are done through www.homeschooldiploma.com. Announcement orders are optional. Caps and gowns are required. Ladies wear white and gentlemen wear purple.
Order to be placed by March, 28th, 2024, to ensure that supplies are on hand, inspected, and able to deal with exchanges.

April 5, 2024 Program Information and Senior Pictures are Due
Graduate Bible Verses, Gratitude Statements and Academic Awards/Honors must be turned in via email.
Submit Senior Pictures and Baby/Toddler Pictures. -
May 2, 2024 7PM – Final Payments Due – Mandatory Parent and Graduate Meeting
